If you have a bad credit score, don't worry! We offer a payment system called 'Flexi-Pay' where you pay for your sofa in chunks whenever you like and however much you like. Once you have paid off the total balance for your sofa we can deliver it to you right away!
When ordering your sofa online the order must be paid in full (Unless you are paying through Finance/ Flexi-Pay). When ordering at one of Sofa Club’s promotions, by Finance/ Flexi-Pay or over the phone, We require a minimum £50 deposit to secure the sale price.
Unfortunately not, We will call you in the morning of your delivery to give you a rough time for your sofa delivery e.g. 1pm-3pm. Our delivery drivers will give you a call 1 hour before they arrive to ensure you are home and ready for delivery.
When ordering furniture it is important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please check all doors, stairways and the space it has to go into carefully. If the worst happens and it really won’t fit in, We will do our utmost to help you come up with an alternative.
We can remove your old sofa suite for a small charge of £40. Alternatively you could try the Furniture Re-use Network, search for your local furniture reuse charity at www.frn.org.uk or phone the national donations line on 0117 9543571 to see if a local charity could make use of it.

Yes, you must contact us within 14 days from delivery with your intention to return the item. If you wish to return the goods the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We request that if you open the packaging to examine the product please do so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way. Items returned will be subject to return fee of £75.

No, We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once the delivery team have left the property and the customer has confirmed they are happy with the product, the customer cannot return the product.
Your warranty starts from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects on the structure of the frame and frame springs or any defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship, including sofa bed and recliner mechanisms. No claims for faulty items will be entertained after the twelve months.
