3 tips to make your style exciting and delighting

You’ve done the basic designing, but there’s something missing in your home, stripped away by that sometimes cold and cruel design process, excitement! But don’t worry, you don’t need magic to make a space seem magical, follow our 3 tips to add a touch of magic, that wonderful feeling to your home.

  1. Use unique pieces
    Nothing catches the eye like a statement, something that says you, a personal touch means the world and leaves people wanting more. Mix a room up with special pieces that reflect who you are and not only will you bring warmth and personality to a room but you’ll also make it more exciting.
  2. Make use of colour
    Use a colour wheel to get the perfect match, different shades of the same colour go great together and even traditionally clashing colours can work if you keep their use consistent throughout a space. The trick to fascinating guests is to do the unexpected. White works to make other colours pop, as well as adding depth and space to a room, you can’t go wrong with a little bit of white wizardry.
  3. Charm and cosiness
    Wild as you may be, and feel free to express that in your home, it’s important to keep the homeliness! Using personal items rather than just copying straight out of the ‘best designs 2018’ book goes miles to making you feel happier and more comfortable in your own space.
