The current lead time on this model is 28 days we will call you when the sofa is ready to organise a delivery. If your order comes in and sooner, sometimes it does, we will call you to arrange a delivery date. There is no need to call us to chase, we will call you as soon as the sofa is ready.
2. (ASAP in stock)
Book for delivery.
Confirm the customers order as usual and then ask the customer to give us a call 14/28 days (dependent on sofa lead time) before they would like the sofa delivered so we can change the status of their order.
