BOOKING OUT DELIVERIES
"Good morning my name is Sophie I am calling from Sofa Club to arrange delivery of your sofa.
We would like to arrange delivery for the 4th, this is an all day delivery, our delivery drivers will call you roughly 1 hour before they arrive."
If customer asks what time 'all day' is, this is between 8am - 8pm.
"Please can I confirm the delivery address is.......
Your contact number is......
the sofa you have ordered is......
and balance..... How would you like to pay? Cash or card?"
If card pay now or before delivery date.
Cash only on day of delivery.
"Do you live in a house or a flat? What floor flat? is there a lift?"
"Okay, this is all confirmed for the 4th, we ask if you can make sure you check over the sofa a the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. As we cannot accept any claims for damages once the driver has left. Any cancelled or failed deliveries on the day will incur another delivery charge"

"We look forward to seeing you on the 4th sir/madam!"
