How do I place an order?

The choice is yours! Order Online, over the phone on 02080900094 or visit a Sofa Club  promotion and speak to one of our sales advisors.

What do I do if I don’t want to place my order online?

Call Sofa Club ’s team of trained advisors standing by between 9:30am & 5pm Monday-Saturday. Sofa Club  also visit over 100 shopping centres nationwide where you can touch and feel the product. FIND YOUR LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE

What is the lead time on your sofas?

Unlike other sofa retailers Sofa Club  keep sofas in stock meaning that next day delivery is available on selected products. On our made to order sofas your sofa will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

I need my furniture in a hurry, can you help?

Speak to a sales advisor at one of our shopping centre promotions or call Sofa Club  head office on 02080900094. Sofa Club  will always do our best to help you and in some instances will be able to deliver same day if not next day.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my sofa?

The following applies only to orders placed online, by mail order or by telephone 

Yes, you must contact us within 14 days from delivery with your intention to return the item. If you wish to return the goods the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We request that if you open the packaging to examine the product please do so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way. Items returned will be subject to return fee of £40 & also a collection fee of £40 (see 5.6), or you may return them at your own cost to our Wood Green showroom. 


The following applies to all orders made in store or in a shopping centre & to orders that are made in person and only confirmed over the phone.

No, Sofa Club  do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once the delivery team have left the property and the customer has confirmed they are happy with the product, the customer cannot return the product.

How do I pay for my order?

Sofa Club  accept cash, credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Electron and American Express. We also have a finance option.

How safe is shopping with Sofa Club ?

It is vitally important to Sofa Club  that our customers can give us personal and payment details in complete confidence. That’s why Sofa Club  have invested in the most advanced site security available. Do I have to pay a deposit?

When ordering your sofa online the order must be paid in full. When ordering at one of Sofa Club ’s promotions or over the phone, Sofa Club  requires a minimum £50 deposit to secure the sale price.

When do I pay the outstanding balance?

You can pay the balance cash on delivery or alternatively you can settle the balance by debit or credit card before the delivery by calling head office on 02080900094.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK.

How much is delivery?

Sofa Club ’s standard delivery charge is £40 for delivery anywhere in and around London, please call 02080900094 to confirm delivery charge for anywhere outside London.

Can I choose when to get my sofa delivered?

Yes, Sofa Club  delivery 7 days a week, the choice is yours.

Can you offer me a specific time slot?

Unfortunately Sofa Club  are unable to guarantee a time but are able to guarantee a day, the delivery team will contact you one hour before deliver to let you know they are on their way.

Will you setup my sofa?

The Sofa Club  delivery team will bring your sofa into a room of your choice, un-wrap the sofa, assemble the legs and take away the packaging with them.

What happens if I cannot take delivery on the agreed date?

As long as you let us know, Sofa Club  will do our best to rearrange delivery at a time that suits you.

What if my furniture does not fit?

When ordering furniture it is important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please check all doors, stairways and the space it has to go into carefully. If the worst happens and it really won’t fit in, Sofa Club  will do our utmost to help you come up with an alternative.

Does it come with any warranty?

All of the sofas at Sofa Club  come with twelve months manufacturers guarantee from date of delivery.

What can I do with my old suite?

We can remove your old sofa suite for a small charge of £40. Alternatively you could try the Furniture Re-use Network, search for your local furniture reuse charity at or phone the national donations line on 0117 9543571 to see if a local charity could make use of it.
