What is Guaranteed?
At Sofaclub you can buy our sofas with confidence as all our sofa frames and frame springs (including recliner mechanisms,) are guaranteed for a period of 1 year. The guarantee date starts from the date of your delivery. No claims for faulty items will be entertained after the 12 month period has ended.
Don’t forget that your 1 year guarantee only belongs to you, so if you sell or give away your sofa, the guarantee ends. Please note that your guarantee is not valid if the goods have been moved to a new address.
If you make a claim on your Warranty & the sofa needs to be swapped, your Warranty will still run from the date of your original delivery. Your Warranty will not restart.

How do I make a claim?
We have an online-based, dedicated Warranty Team who can assist you with any problems you may have with your sofa(s). You can contact them using the form at the bottom of this page. Please provide all relevant information, pictures/ videos of the issues and a description of the problem. All queries will be responded to by our team within 48 hours.
Sofa Club will arrange for the item(s) to be inspected and decide, at its sole discretion if it is covered under this guarantee.
Sofa Club reserves the right to carry out an inspection of the goods in the confinements of your own home using an independent 3rd party company to assertion where the fault is situated.
If considered covered under your warranty Sofa Club at its sole discretion will repair the defective product or replace it with the same or comparable product. If it is covered under your warranty Sofa Club will pay the costs of repairs.
Under the Consumer rights act 2015, if you discover a manufacturing fault within the first six months, we will repair the item. If the item is un-repairable we will organise a replacement.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you discover a manufacturing fault after the first six months, it is your responsibility to prove to us that the item is faulty. If you can provide evidence that the item is faulty, we will repair the item. If the item is un-repairable we will organise a replacement.
